Charlie and Nannie Sneak Peek | Western Ky Photographer

Saturday, October 31st, 2009

I had a session today with a friend of mine that I have known since Elementary school.  We used to ride the bus and I still have fresh memories of dancing around to Kung Fu Fighting in her living room.  Those were the days!!  It was so great to see her and meet her adorable children!

This is Charlie.  Charlie gave me quite the workout today.  As with most young boys, getting pictures made just isn’t his thing.  But we still had a good time and I got some pictures that show how sweet he “really” is!

This is Charlie’s sister Savannah or Nannie as he calls her.  She was such a pleasure and was quite the opposite when it came to having her picture taken, she loved it!  She could strike a pose at the snap of a finger.

They were both so much fun and I really enjoyed meeting them and seeing my friend again.  Its been too long!  I hope you guys had fun at Fun Night!!  Nannie, your picture is on the internet!!

Autumn Family Fun Sneak Peek | Western KY Photographer

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

Let me first apologize to the Gibson Family for getting this sneak peek up so late in the evening.  I really try to get my posts up within 48hrs. but it has been so busy with working concessions and going to see the Imagination Movers tonight!

Secondly, I want to say that they are just the cutest, sweetest family!  We had a nice and entertaining time with their 2 boys.  Mr. G was quite the jokester with his funny faces and dancing.  And Little Man T made you smile with his new unsure steps and flying across the ground on his knees.  Which Mom says is his favorite way to get around!  He also has the reddest little head of hair.  Little Man T will be turning 1 soon so we celebrated with an outdoor cake smash.  It went over very well, even with a little grass mixed in.

It was so nice meeting your family and I really enjoyed getting to know your family a little better.  Hope Little Man has a great party this weekend!

Sleepy & Sweet Newborn Sneak Peek | Western KY Photgrapher

Monday, October 12th, 2009

Oh, this little guy just makes my heart melt!  He was so sleepy and cuddly.  We had my longest session to date but it was so worth it.  The family was just the sweetest and so accommodating.  Big brother Ben was there and was such a big help.  You can really tell that he loves his baby brother.  Thank you so much Y Family for allowing me into your home and capture some of the sweetest moments to date.  I look forward to seeing Samuel grow!

Just a Good Ol’ Boy Senior Sneak Peek | Western KY Photographer

Friday, October 9th, 2009

Ethan is my first 2010 Senior Boy.  He is the most laid back and easy going guy I’ve had the chance to photograph.  He is truly a natural.  I could just stick him somewhere and he knew exactly what he needed to do.  That totally made my job easier!  I was also very excited to get to use this particular location.  I’ve been scouting it for months.  Every time we would drive by it while taking my kids to school I would just pray that I would have a Senior that I could take there.  And Ethan was the perfect fit!

We did a combination of  more traditional shots and then some that were more “him”.  I think we got a good balance and I sure hope Mom will be happy, especially since she’s family!  Thanks for thinking of me Kelly and being patient with the weather and schedules.  It was a lot of fun!
