The Blog It Is A Changin’ | Western Ky Photographer

Sunday, February 28th, 2010

If you regularly follow my blog you will notice that things are looking a bit different, in a good way. I am in the process of updating and moving all of my information into on convenient area. Once everything is said and done I will have an all inclusive “blog site”. What does this mean? It means that all the information, portfolio, etc. that was once located on my “website” will now be contained in my blog. You will be able to find out everything you need in one spot instead of two! I think this is going to make things so much easier and more convenient for past, present and future clients.

So please, bare with me while we make these updates. I have quite a bit already finished but there are still a few things that need to be completed.

I want to give a special shout out to my wonderful husband who has been helping me make these changes!! Without him I would be out a lot of time and money since I’m not the most experienced with HTML :) I love you!!

How to Pick a Good Photographer by Amy Ro Photography

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

My talented friend and colleague spent a lot of time and came up with this wonderful article on “How to Pick a Good Photographer”.  It really hits home on what to look for when you’re looking for a photographer to capture your memories.  It really isn’t a decision that should be taken lightly.  I recommend everyone take a few minutes and read it and comment on it.

Precious Little One Sneak Peek | Paducah Newborn Photographer

Saturday, February 20th, 2010

This little guy was just sweet, sweet, sweet!  He had the best temperament, especially for a 16 day old!  He was awake at the beginning of the session but didn’t so much as whimper.  It was one of my easiest going sessions to date.  I did his mommy’s maternity session in December.

Here he is with his handsome daddy.  This little boy is so loved, it was a sweet thing to watch.

Thanks again Stewart family for inviting me into your home.  I look forward to watching your children grow!

She’s 6 Months Now – Sneak Peek | Paducah Baby Photographer

Saturday, February 13th, 2010

This is Miss H.  Have you seen a more adorable little girl?  The last time I saw her was at her newborn session in August.  I just couldn’t get over how much she has grown and how her personality has blossomed.  It was also great to see her mom and dad again.  They are some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and they make things so easy and fun for me!

I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.  It really was hard for me to narrow down to just a couple.

Love this little hat and bootie combo that I got from Etsy.com.  I knew when I saw it, it would look just sweet on her!

I was glad to catch this precious moment as we were wrapping up our session.  Miss H. was getting sleepy and giving her daddy lots of slobbery kisses.

And here she is during her newborn session at almost 2 weeks old.  Just precious.

4 Month Old Goodness Sneak Peek | Eddyville Baby Photographer

Saturday, February 6th, 2010

Today I had my first session with a 4 month old Marley.  He was the sweetest, smiliest little guy and I am now officially spoiled!  He definitely made the gloomy overcast day a little bit brighter.  His mom and dad are absolutely adorable as well.  They were just an all around pleasure to work with.

Thanks S. family for inviting me into your home and sharing that precious boy with me!

Here is one shot from today.  Such a big boy!
