B. Family – Sneak Peek | Paducah Family Photographer

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Yesterday I had a 6 month session with the B. Family.  It was a beautiful day and fortunately the wind died down considerably before our session.  They are such a gorgeous family and those two little guys are just so, so handsome!

I have to say he thought my son was quite humorous, for some reason most children do.  We didn’t get a whole lot of smiles out of this little man, but the ones we did get just make me melt!

Such a lovely family!  And check out the hat!

Are those not some of the biggest blue eyes you’ve ever seen?

Again, it was a pleasure meeting you B. Family!  I will be in touch soon with your proofs!

Senior 2011 – Emily – Sneak Peek | Mayfield Senior Photographer

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

Miss Emily is my second Senior Representative from GCHS.  She is a super sweet girl, accomplished flute player, drum major and so much more.  She is also a really good friend of my son and I have known her for the past 2 years since they are in marching band together.  Like my previous representative this girl loves to smile and it comes easily for her.

We had our mini session yesterday and though the day started out gray, wet and gloomy when it came time for our session the skies cleared up and gave us some beautiful backdrops.  Speaking of backdrops, I saw this bus a couple of weeks ago and just knew that we had to use it for our session.  See, Emily’s favorite color is pink, I mean how much more perfect can you get?  We had a lot of fun with it and what was even better is that the bus is actually named “The Big Pink Bus”!  I couldn’t resist!!

These next two come from a field that every year I say “I’ve got to take pictures there!”  And since it just so happened to be down the road from the Big Pink Bus, it seemed as it was meant to be for our session.

Its just like an ocean of yellow wild flowers.

I hope you and your family enjoy your sneak peek.  I will be anxiously awaiting our full session.  I know its going to be so much fun!!!

Senior 2011 – Aaron – Sneak Peek | Mayfield Senior Photographer

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010

Tonight I had my first Mini – Senior Representative Session.  Aaron is my Senior Rep. boy from GCHS.  He is a tremendous athlete and a genuine nice guy.  I find that most (not all) guys have trouble or uncomfortable smiling when a camera is in their face and a stranger is behind it.  Not him!  He was an absolute natural and you could hardly keep him from smiling. Which is awesome for me as the photographer and just a person in general.  His smile was infectious!

I know he’s got great things ahead in his future!!

It was a pleasure meeting and working with you tonight and I look forward to our full session!!
